Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Time:
Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the supplier’s logistics. In some cases, delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or high-demand seasons.

Tracking Information:
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to reflect.

Shipping Regions:
We currently ship worldwide unless stated otherwise.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items:
If your product arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video). We will assist with a replacement or refund.

Custom Fees & Duties:
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product price.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. Once processing begins, cancellation is not possible.
